Flying Tiger’s Alipay Scan-To-Order function gives restaurants the capability to embed all or part of the restaurant order processes within Alipay. We offer three solutions to restaurants:
Scan to view menu - Customers scan a QR code in Alipay to see the restaurant’s menu, translated into Chinese.
Scan to order - In addition to viewing the menu, Alipay users can order from directly within the app. Orders are sent directly to the restaurants point-of-sale system. Our Scan-To-Order system even allows customers to add any special requests to their order (such as food allergies or optional extras).
Scan to pay - The ultimate solution! Alipay users both order and pay from within Alipay. Not only does this solution provide a fantastic customer experience to Chinese customers through the menu being provided in Chinese and the ability to order and pay within Alipay, it also reduces the restaurant’s staff requirements.
