To support the distribution of products bought in the Australian Made Alipay E-Shop, Cainiao and Flying Tiger have prepared an exclusive warehouse and distribution solution.
Cainiao is Alibaba’s logistics business. With warehouses conveniently located in Melbourne and Sydney, Cainiao offers a seamless service for brands to warehouse and send products sold via the Alipay E-Shop.
Orders placed on E-Shop will be sent directly to Cainiao, who will manage the entire delivery process to the customer in China. All you need to do is provide product to either of Cainiao’s Australian warehouses and Cainiao will take care of the rest. You will receive daily and monthly reconciliation of sales and warehouse stock levels.
The solution offered includes warehousing, distribution to customers in China, insurance, taxes and customs clearance.

Pricing
Australian Warehousing
$41.50/m3 per month
Calculated daily and charged on a pro-rata basis. This means you are only charged for the space you use on any given day.
Management Fee
$20.00 per month
Includes management of distribution of all Alipay E-Shop orders from Cainiao warehouse and supply of daily/monthly reconciliation reports.
China Distribution
$7.10 for first kg & $1.65 for each additional kg
Charged per order and includes insurance.
China Customs Clearance & Taxes
Charges confirmed prior to commencement, based on relevant product category.

What is E-Shop?
E-Shop is an e-commerce store that sits within the Alipay app. It allows Chinese consumers in Australia and China to purchase products for delivery to their preferred address in either Australia or China.
Do I have to use the Cainiao distribution solution to send my E-Shop purchases to China?
No. If you have an existing or preferred means to distribute your products to China, you are more than welcome to continue using that service. The Flying Tiger Cainiao solution is completely optional.
If I don’t use the Cainiao solution, how will I receive and distribute E-Shop purchases?
When an Alipay user purchases your product in E-Shop, you will receive an automatic notification including all the customer’s details. You can then manage distribution through your preferred means.
If I use the Cainiao solution, how will I keep track of orders and manage inventory in the Cainiao warehouse?
When an Alipay user purchases your product in E-Shop, the order will be directed to Flying Tiger and Cainiao to fulfill. Our team will confirm sufficient inventory is available in the Cainiao warehouse, then pick, pack and send the order to the customer. You will receive a daily and monthly reconciliation of orders and warehouse inventory levels.
Where do I send my products to load into the Cainiao warehouse?
Cainiao has warehouses in both Melbourne and Sydney. Once you confirm your participation in the programme, one of the Flying Tiger team will contact you to confirm which warehouse is best for you, along with recommended stock levels to send to the warehouse.
When do I get charged for the Cainiao warehouse and distribution service?
Charges for the Cainiao warehouse solution are calculated daily and charged on a pro-rata space. This means you only get charged for the space you use on any given day. At the end of each month, you will receive a reconciliation from Flying Tiger detailing your warehouse and distribution charges for the preceding month. The monthly charge will be deducted from your monthly settlement from sales made from E-Shop. For example, if your monthly warehouse and distribution charge is $100, while you made $500 worth of sales in the same month, you will receive settlement of $400. Settlement is paid on the fifth working day of the month following sales.
